Commentator Down Temporarily

Your commentator has the 72-hour Yucks. (Not swine flu.) Will be unable to update "The Basics, Part 1" for another day or two. When I return, will address some questions being bandied about the media: Is the danger over? What does it mean to say that the 2009 A1H1 virus does not have the same genetic virulence as Spanish flu of 1918? There's more to be concerned about than might appear on the surface.
